No Refund Policy – Exchange Only
We follow a strict No Refund Policy. We provide exchange only in specific cases.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange is applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear unboxing video from start to end is compulsory while opening the package.
The video must clearly show the package condition and product inside.
No exchange will be approved without a proper unboxing video.
Exchange Process
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
After verification, the replacement product will be shipped.
You will be notified via WhatsApp once the exchange is approved.
Important Notes
No refunds are provided under any circumstances — exchange only.
Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or minor box scratches that do not affect the product.
COD Policy
If we are Charged any amount for COD order Confirmation & the order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to refusal, customer unavailable, incorrect address, or delivery failure, the amount paid for Order Confirmation will be non-refundable.
